1. How to become a credit union internet banking user?

To become a user of LCU internet banking system “i-Unija” service, you have to:
1. Visit your credit union and conclude the E-service Agreement. You must also bring your personal identification documents.
2. You will be issued a user code in the system consisting of six symbols, with the help of which you will login to the system, as well as the initial password.
3. Additionally you will be issued a free password card with numbered passwords one of which should be entered when connecting to the system.
4. Get familiarised with the Conditions of the Provision of E-services of the Credit Union. The credit union employees will explain how to use online services.
5. If you are not yet a member of the credit union, you can do that applying to the credit union.

2. How to connect to the internet banking of LCU?
Possible ways of connecting to LCU internet banking system “i-Unija”:
1. entering https://www.i-unija.lt in the address line of the internet browser; or
2. visiting the column of LCU internet banking on the website of the Lithuanian credit unionswww.lku.lt.

3. How to connect to LCU internet banking system for the first time?
To connect to LCU internet banking system, you will need:
• E-service Agreement,
• user code in the system,
• initial password (specified in the Agreement),
• password card.
Now you can connect to LCU internet banking system “i-Unija”.

4. How to connect next time?
Each time connecting to LCU internet banking system “i-Unija” enter your user code (specified in the Agreement) and permanent password. Following that in the next window which opens you will have to enter a password randomly selected by the system from the plastic password card. If you haven’t changed your initial password for the permanent password during the first login, your connection to the system will be denied.

5. What to do when connection is blocked?
The system blocks the user if during connection to LCU internet banking at least one of the two keys required for the connection to LCU internet banking system (password which the user is required to change for the permanent password after the first login and the password from the password card) is entered incorrectly three times in turn. If the system blocks the user for entering incorrect permanent password 3 times, connection to LCU internet banking system will be blocked for 3 hours. If you can’t remember your permanent password, visit your credit union with the personal identification document for renewal of your connection to the system. If the system blocks access after entering incorrectly the password from the password 3 times, you will also have to apply to your credit union.

6. What is a user code and where to find it?
User code in the system is assigned combination of letters and (or) digits used in place of the forename, surname and personal identification number. This code is specified in E-service Agreement.

7. What is a password and where to find it?
Initial login password is specified in the Agreement. Already during the first connection to LCU internet banking system its user must change this password for the permanent password, which will be used for further connections to LCU internet banking system.

8. What is a password card?
Password card is a plastic card issued by a credit union alongside E-service Agreement with numbered passwords printed on it. Each password has its sequence number from 1 to 24. Each time connecting to LCU internet banking system and each time validating financial operations in the system it asks to enter one of the 24 passwords specified in the card.

9. What to do if you forget the changed permanent password?
If you forget the permanent password which is necessary for the registration in the system visit your credit union, where the employee, having verified your identity, will restore your initial password and you will be able to login again.

10. How to change a password?
Connecting for the first time and having entered in LCU internet banking system correct user code, initial password and the required password from the password card a window will open where you will be asked to change the initial password. Enter the initial password, a new password, repeat the new password once again and confirm your choice. The new (permanent) password must comprise at least 6 symbols.

11. What services can be used in LCU internet banking system “i-Unija”?
Connecting to the system, you can:
•    check your bank account and payment card account balances,
•    find information about your savings and time deposits and share of the credit union member,
•    print statements of account for 12 months,
•    view the history of operations carried out during the last 12 months,
•    view and print your loan schedule.

12. What should I do if don’t want some of my accounts to be displayed in LCU internet banking system?
If you don’t want that some your accounts are displayed by the system, apply to your credit union, fill out the application and the employees will satisfy your request.
